| Mike Lipka, Jr. began as a driver in May 2004. Mike has an extensive back ground with the Water Witch Fire Company and brought with him his team work and organizational skills. Mike has become our lead route planner and is instrumental in making our routes as efficient as possible. |  |
| Chris Howell began working with Denton Spring Water Company as a student on summer break in June of 2003. Chris stayed on after school resumed and continued helping in the warehouse, loading trucks and developing organization in our warehouse. Chris left for a brief time to assist in the clean-up effort after Katrina. Upon his return Chris joined our team as a full time route driver. |  |
| Sharon Budinger joined Denton Spring Water Co. in October, 2002 as a part-time office assistant. As our coffee business increased Sharon transitioned easily to coffee delivery and service technician. Sharon has a lot of experience in customer service and works very hard to be sure the coffee customers have what they need. |  |
| Brad Dixon worked fulltime for Denton Spring water for more than ten years. Brad now works fulltime in the Emergency Medical System for Cecil County and works, as his schedule allows, for Denton Spring Water Co. | |

| Sandi Johnson joined our company in November of 2005 as the office manager. Sandi had never worked in the bottled water industry before but she learned very quickly. Her previous experience in customer service, priority setting and organization are identified every day as she schedules deliveries, processes orders, answers phone questions, etc; all while trying to get the routine office tasks completed! |  |
| Rose Astle has been working for Denton Spring Water Co. since April of 2001. Rose had previous experience in a bottled water company and came to us knowledgeable of the technical aspects of the equipment. Rose is a valuable asset in our cooler department and assures that the coolers and brewers are ready to go out with the drivers. | |
